ProCollars

The ProCollar has an inflatable inner bladder made of a plastic vinyl that is inflated through a two-way air valve much like a beach ball. Once inflated, the size and thickness of the ProCollar function as a soft deterrent. The inner bladder is protected by a pliable plastic outer jacket lined with a durable canvas material to resist bites and scratches. While wearing the ProCollar, pets are able to eat, sleep and play at ease while staying protected. The ProCollar is held in place by inserting the pet's everyday collar through the ProCollar's three inner rings. The velcro strap should be placed at the back of the neck and then adjusted for a perfect fit. The ProCollar is a great alternative to the traditional E-Collar

Securing Directions

• To secure ProCollar in place: 
• Make sure that your pet's everyday collar goes through the inner ring straps of the ProCollar. Securely fasten pet's everyday collar. Inflate ProCollar via air valve (do not use a compressor). Connect Velcro strap on the ProCollar.
• For larger breeds with longer limbs, or breeds in between sizes, always size up.
• Always monitor a pet post-surgery to ensure collar is working properly. Some pets may be able to maneuver around any collar.

  Boots Ultra Paws 

• Fully open the two closures, squeeze the top of the boot into an “O” shape and slip paw
• all the way into boot with the hook portion at the front. 
• Tighten lower closure first, then the top. Tuck your dog’s dew claw into boot, if necessary. 
• Check boots periodically, retighten if needed. 
• Remember to keep your dog’s nails short so they don’t puncture the material.
• Go slowly, and put on one boot at a time. 
• Don’t worry – your dog may be unsure and even “dance” when the boots first go on.

How to Measure for Dog Boots.

You wouldn’t want to stick your size 10 foot in a size 8 shoe because it’d be incredibly uncomfortable. The same goes for your dog, which is why we’re here to help you measure your dog’s foot to ensure a comfortable fitting boot.
To measure the width of your dog’s foot, place the foot on a piece of paper and press down on the top of the foot, mimicking how the foot spreads when the dog’s walking.
Mark the left and the right side of the foot on the paper and measure the distance between the marks. Compare this to the boot sizes. The width of the foot should be smaller than the boot size. For example, if the foot width is 3.75cm, order an XSmall at 4.5cm.

Tip: Create positive reinforcement by using doggie treats to reward your dog along the way. 
Immediately engage in a fun activity and your dog will quickly forget he/she is even wearing boots.

How to Measure for Wound Boots.

Use a soft tape measure and position it around the bulkiest/widest area of the bandaged paw.
If wearing a bandage, wrap or cast, a measurement of the circumference of the paw
may help with proper sizing.

Boot Care
To wash, wrap the closures around the boot and wash in cold water, delicate cycle. Hang to dry.

Since sizes within the same breed can vary dramatically, we are not able 
to tell you what size your pet wears.So measure well using sizing guidelines: 

 For most apparel, and neckwear accessories like bandannas on this type of dog, 
you may want to use a neck measurement taken a bit lower than collar level (closer to the withers) for a more flattering fit.

How to measure your dog:

Back Strap and Frame Length: Measure the entire head circumference, across the eyes and around under the ears.

Chin Strap: Start just under one ear, under the chin, and back up to the other ear (like a helmet strap).
 

Frame is the measurement from one corner of the frame to the other (corner of eye to corner of eye across the face).
